This is a website owned and operated by the Comox Valley Economic Development Society (CVEDS). The site is meant to act as an informative tool for those interested in the Comox Valley as a business location and as a means of promoting CVEDS business development activities.
In general, when you visit our website and access information you remain anonymous. We do not require you to register or provide personal information to us to view our site.
For each visitor to our website, our web server does not automatically recognize information regarding the domain or email address. However, we do collect aggregate information on what pages visitors access. When you supply your name and email address to subscribe to our email distribution list, we do not gather that data for any other use and that information is not shared with any other person or business.
The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our website and is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.
